McDade is having it’s 77th Watermelon Festival July 11th and 12th!
Friday night is the street dance and Saturday is the parade and festival.
We will be at the festival selling Vino Sandia (watermelon wine), Watermelon Coolers, Sangria, Watermelon Seltzer, and our homemade Root Beer all day Saturday!

The winery and brewery will be open for regular business (11am-9pm) all day Saturday. We will have live music with Ben Zuniga from 4pm-7pm if you want to come out and cool off after Watermelon Festival activities.
Come enjoy classics with Mike Payne, the Singer of Memories. Mike was a Las Vegas resident and performer for over a decade with his band, Heat of the Night. He sings classic oldies in a sing-along fashion. He brings a lot of energy to our stage!
The Thursday Night Jeffersons are a mostly unrehearsed collection of misfit rock stars, many who’ve never wanted to be on stage, but have persisted in the quest not to squelch the dreams of the real musicians. After 20 years of Austin, TX, fireside jams, a group stumbled to the stage to create and share their original songs for y’all to enjoy. You’ll have as much fun listening as they do playing.

We have live music with Elisa Jade Peña on Saturday, May 4th from 4-7pm. Elisa has a beautiful voice and can sing a range of genres! She will be bringing a Tejano flare to her performance to celebrate Cinco Weekend!
Saturday and Sunday we will have the following specials:
