Join us for live music with Ben Zuniga from 2-5pm at Rising Sun Vineyard. Ben is a local favorite singer/songwriter who plays wonderful classic Americana music.
Come on out to enjoy a glass of award winning wine or house-crafted beer if you’re in the Bastrop or McDade area for a beautiful countryside view with a groovy performance.
Sarah cut her teeth on show tunes and musicals, beginning well before she started high school. With a voice that brings to mind the honesty of Joni Mitchell and the sweetness of Alison Krauss; Sarah’s performances feel like home. Raw. Pure. Made for bigger stages than she is used to playing. Sarah has toured throughout the United States and Europe, she has sung as part of a musical duo, as well as having been a harmony singer in a Montana band. She has sung harmonies on several albums for fellow musicians, and has recently released a single of her own. For the last several years, she has been primarily playing solo, but loves to collaborate whenever she gets the chance. Currently Austin-based, Sarah plays around the city, as well as neighboring towns. She will also travel from time to time to play her favorite U.S. haunts. She loves to share music as much as she can, and loves the opportunity it affords her to see the world, as well as meet incredible humans.
Austin, TX-based, Mike Kiddoo, brought a new voice to the pop conversation when he emerged in June 2019. After almost a decade as an Austin shock rocker, Kiddoo was ready to refine his over-the-top act, taking influence from modern chameleons like Beck and David Bowie.
Kiddoo began recording his first song with producer Justin Mauriello (former Zebrahead frontman) in June 2018. The two had become friends at a cafe in East Austin that Kiddoo worked at. He released “Rabbit Hole” in June 2019, marking the start of his musical shift. The song married his love of 90’s alt-rock and 70’s soul with Mauriello’s electro-pop production.

Join us for live music with Brian McKinney! Brian is a local favorite, and you may know him from the famous Elgin band, The Gypsy Drifters.
Brian is a veteran on our stage and will be doing a solo set for some easy listening Saturday afternoon tunes. His music is a range of country, americana, and blues.
We have delicious food, award-winning Texas wine, craft beer, craft seltzers, mocktails, and soda’s so there is something for everyone to enjoy while listening to music!
Join us for live music with local duo David & Alana! You may know David from The Shop Dawgz, one of our regular local bands. Don’t miss this performance with his wife Alana!
We are a 6 acre vineyard with award-winning wines and craft beers in our sister brewery, Yegua Creek. We also have a full-service kitchen with a variety of food so there is something for everyone. This is a free event with free parking.

Join us for a delightful evening at the Piano Bar Night with the talented Piano Mandy, where music and camaraderie blend seamlessly for an unforgettable experience. We are transforming our pavilion into a cozy, jazz lounge atmosphere, Piano Mandy will serenade us with her enchanting tunes, and she’s ready to take your song requests, ensuring the night is filled with your favorite melodies.
This special event is hosted in conjunction with our Wine Club Social, and will take place on Friday, November 8th, from 7 to 9 pm. This will be an Adult-Only event, aged 21 and over, offering a perfect opportunity to indulge in fine wines, good company, and the soothing sounds of live piano music. Don’t miss this chance to unwind and enjoy an elegant evening tailored just for you!
Our winery tasting room and porch will be closed to the public during this event, but we will have wine available for purchase at the brewery counter. The winery and porch will, however, be open for Wine Club members who prefer to enjoy their evening there.

Wine Club members can come pick up their quarterly boxes anytime between 12-6pm on Sunday, December 14th* and receive a complementary glass of wine and a free plate of food**
Food is served at 2pm and Piano Mandy play from 2-5pm
*if you are not able to make it to the pickup party, please email wineclub@risingsunvineyard.com with the time/date you will be able to pick your box up. Boxes will be shipped to your address on file 2 weeks after the pickup party if we do not hear from you.
**complimentary glasses are only given out at the pickup party. Guests are welcome to join the party with members but must pay an additional $20/plate and must purchase their own wine.
